Seaside Retreat is a gorgeous, modernly renovated 2 bedroom condo at Cowpet Bay East and has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Custom remodeling from floor to ceiling, including Spanish marble floors and showers, cherry wood cabinetry, illuminated vanity mirrors, cedar closet in master, and quartz countertops. If you like to be spoiled by finer surroundings, this condo is for you! It is the perfect place to retreat and relax from your busy lives! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade, and many chairs for lounging. There is also an expansive inviting pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and enjoy a lazy day at the beach! This condo is up on the hill (Tara Way) overlooking the row of condos below on the water (Tracy Way). It is 250 steps to the beach, down 2 sets of stairs.

Cowpet East Resort condos have two levels, this condo is on the first level. There are only 6 stairs down leading from parking space to the front door of condo, unlike most other units where there are many!

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is NOW OPEN for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 6 pm, then pizzas only 6 pm - 8 pm. The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 6 guests (4 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.

Excellent property. Condo was very clean, host was extremely responsive and helpful. Views were great. Short walk (though may steps) to the beach and pool. All very convenient but if you have any mobility issues do consider the steps it takes to get to the pool and beach.

Beautiful property

Super clean and recently remodeled with high end finishes. Location is great for being away from the city but close to Red Hook restaurants and ferry to St John. Beautiful beach and nice beach bistro on site. Property management company had excellent communications. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to several beaches and the people and car ferry to St John’s. Close to some restaurants and grocery store. Communication with host was easy and quick response. Check in and out was easy. Will come back again!

1 week stay for 4 adults. Very clean and conveniently located condo in Red Hook, just a short walk to Cowpet beach. Very accommodating host with all the recommendations you could need. This trip was all fun and trouble-free.

Dream Vacation at Seaside Retreat

We absolutely loved our one week stay at the Seaside Retreat villa in Cowpet Bay East. Full access to the resort amenities (pool, hot tub, beach chairs, dining) was a perfect compliment to a private villa that offered space for our family of four to spread out. The location is perfect as it was a short 5-6 minute drive down to Red Hook to grab groceries, hit the pharmacy, or enjoy all the restaurants. We particularly loved Duffy's Love Shack, Hook'd, and Senor's Pizza. Highly recommend this villa!

Great condo

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have snorkel gear and beach towels, etc. available. The process to check in and out was very easy. Amy set us up with grocery delivery and a great charter service we used twice! Would definitely recommend. I actually have a girlfriend already staying in one of the condos, just by coincidence. I told her it’s a great spot!

Spring Break

I came with my husband and our 16yr old daughter. The location of the condo is perfect. Close to red hook and all the big beaches. Also has our own private beach. The condo was newly remodeled and beautiful. May be the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. This place is amazing.

Everything we needed was there.....beach chairs, towels, toys, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. The beach was closer than anticipated based on other reviews. Everything was well cared for and thought was put into all the details. Great communication and responsive. Restaurants on the beach were convenient. Difficult to walk many places as the roads are narrow and winding. Would recommend renting a car. Be sure to take the ferry to St. Johns. Trunk Bay was beautiful and easy to get to. We would definitely return.

Absolutely Spectacular

My wife and I were on an extended trip to the USVIs and had some disappointments along the way. While the photos and description of this property were very nice, we held our collective breaths as we opened the hobbit-like front door expecting Bilbo Baggins to perhaps greet us. We were blown away by what we found. If anything, the condo was more impressive than the pics. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The team who manages this property is equally wonderful. We will definitely return.

Beautiful condo in paradise!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cowpet Bay East! The condo was much easier to find than I anticipated and is close to Red Hook as well as other local authentic cuisines known to St. Thomas. The condo is stunning, modern, and spacious, and stocked with all of the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Anything you might need, trust me, it's there! The beach and pool are a few steps away, and I loved the condo had beach towels and lounge chairs. We even dined at the beach restaurant, Sangria's,for breakfast and lunch, as well as Caribbean Fish Market for dinner located near the property. My family was more than happy with our visit. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Thomas!

Month getaway

The property was fine. The only thing we wish we would’ve knew more about the property before getting it as all the steps to the beach and pool. The unit is self was nice, but we just felt there were not enough furniture in the living room, a loveseat, which held two and a chair, and there were four of us which the unit could’ve had six people stay in, and on the deck there were just two chairs and a table there longer. Period time would’ve been nice to have some nice furniture in the living room and asked for bath towels. We were only given one per person. It would’ve been nice to have two for each person also some of the other supplies as one was toilet paper , not enough of overall was a nice place
