The Space:
What makes this condo different? The HOST!
Why rent from a state-side owner when you can rent from me, a Virgin Islander with 26 years’ experience hosting guests in short-term rentals? What to go scuba diving? The owner of the closest dive shop is a close friend. Want to go day sailing? Another friend grew up on a sailboat, traveling around the world with his parents and siblings. A fascinating man who is competing for a spot at the 2024 Olympics, representing the VI Surfing team. Booked guests gain access to trip planning resources, such as Sherri’s Favorite Things to Do, and Sherri’s Fun Things for Kids in St. Thomas.

Food:
Do you have dietary restrictions? I have the perfect place to shop for organic food and other delicacies. Interested in dining in non-tourists’ restaurants? Booked guests have access to Sherri’s Top Ten Restaurants, Top Ten Casual Restaurants, and Top Ten Happy Hours.

Delicious Gourmet Meals:
Want a NYC-trained chef to prepare delectable dinners? I have a girlfriend who prepares and delivers a week of delicious dinners right to your STT rental. Does having groceries delivered upon your arrival sound appealing? I work with two companies that perform provisioning services.

Shopping:
Do you think you can’t afford custom-designed jewelry? Two friends design jewelry at affordable prices; another friend is the exclusive seller of authenticated Rolex watches. I could talk jewelry with you all day long!

Have you considered Island Hopping?
My condos are just over a mile from the St. John (STJ) Ferry Terminal. Every St. Thomian can explain how to get to St. John (STJ), but I can tell you the perfect sequence of beaches on STJ with the amenities you prefer. Booked guests have access to Sherri’s Beach Guide.

Would you be interested in taking a day trip to the British Virgin Islands (BVI) to see the natural wonder of “The Baths” on Virgin Gorda? It’s my favorite excursion in the BVIs.

If you don’t know Jost Van Dyke, or Jost as we call it, Conde’ Nast Traveler once cited the top three places in the world to party on New Year’s Eve; New York City, Trafalgar Square and Jost Van Dyke, BVI. I lived in Jost before permanently settling in St. Thomas. I have personal connections to arrange day trips to the BVIs. Booked guests have access to Sherri’s Day Trip Guide.

Very nice property, very clean. Property is nice with a good pool and delicious restaurant. Manager was very helpful, although we didn't need much while we were there, she was very attentive and checked in on us.

Property manager is prompt, friendly and helped so much with info we needed because of airline delays. The view is beautiful and the condo is well stocked with anything you may need. I would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying in Sherri's beautiful condo. She was very attentive to our questions before and during our stay. We loved the proximity of her condo to the beach and pool. We have stayed in a number of rentals in many locations over the years and Sherri's was the most well equipped! She has thought of everything!

Beautiful Condo with everything you need.

We were in town for a wedding and 4 of us stayed in this beautiful, well equipped condo. The views are amazing and right on the water. Sherri was a fabulous host and was so kind. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.You will not regret booking this condo for your stay.

Great Property

We had a great time staying at Sherri's condo. It is well maintained and had all the extras we needed. Sherri was very attentive and always available if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to St. Thomas. The beach and pool were very nice, and the condo was close to many restaurants in Red Hook. Sherri was very gracious, and we will remember the trip fondly.

Incredible view and location, location, location

The place looks even better in person, beautiful ocean view and located right in the middle of everything! You can walk to a beach, pool, hot tub and 2 restaurants. Even a beach rental hut. The beach is very nice, there is seaweed on the ocean floor there but you float with no effort so no worries and many white sand beaches with in driving distance. MAKE SURE YOU USE BUG SPRAY at all times as there are many no se-ums everywhere. The owner was super responsive and gave us tons of advice and help, she was why we chose this place. I'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely, spacious condo with beautiful views

My friend and I brought our daughters to an event at the STYC, which was a few steps away from the condo; it couldn't have been more convenient. The unit is spacious, with a great kitchen and a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and there were plenty of games in the living room to keep us occupied. Having a twin bed next to the king in the back bedroom was an added bonus so we could all sleep well. Sherri was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful, which was very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Sherri!

Amazing Property with even better Location and Views

This condo is amazing. Ocean front location adjacent to the Elysian resort. It shares amenities with the Elysian (pool, beach, restaurants, kayak/snorkling rentals, etc.). It's less than 10 minutes to Red Hook's shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the ferry to St. John and BVI. The condo sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each room is tastefully decorated as is shown in the photos. The kitchen is full sized and fully stocked and there is a large gas grill on the front deck. The back deck is covered and has a beautiful view of the bay and includes outside seating for 4 plus a chase lounge. There is wifi and a TV that supports streaming. Finally, Sherri was great. She provides a wealth of information via a shared drive once you book with suggested beaches, day trips, restaurants, transportation/tours, etc.. We tried 3 of the restaurants she suggested and enjoyed every one. The communication was top notch and she responded quickly to the couple of questions we had and checked in with us to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. She was one of the very best hosts we've had using VRBO. Next time we come to St. Thomas, this condo will be our first choice.
