Completely furnished with office areas, wireless/wired internet, Roku TVs, spacious kitchen w/ bar, stainless appliances, and laundry room w/ washer/dryer. Private backyard in park-like setting w/ covered patio and large deck overlooking a tranquility pond w/ waterfall.
The 4 bed/2 bath main level sleeps 9 guests and has spacious dining for 17 guests!
* The new private studio loft hosts another 5 beds and European bath, sleeping 9 guests. Unless requested, this is included for reservations of 7 or more adults.
Utilities, internet, lawn care, and pond maintenance included. The fish are the owner's pets; no others allowed. Exceptions provided at our discretion.
We have a ring doorbell next to the exterior doors on 24/7.

Enjoy cycling, hiking and just about any outdoor activities. Have called Huntsville home since the 70s and also really enjoy exploring the surrounding areas.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! Only minutes to Mid City, Bridge St, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, downtown, VBCC, museums, and four hospitals. Walking distance to the Village of Providence and Indian Creek Greenway where there's plenty of good restaurants, and more wildlife- in fact the next week after we found this home, we spotted a deer on the greenway!
What makes this property unique
We enjoy the relaxing, dining atmosphere of the tranquility pond and often watch birds and cute rabbits hopping around the landscaped lawn.
