Beautiful cabin in the hills above Coeur d’Alene Lake. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen well supplied. The hosts were very responsive & gave great advice for the nearby bike trails. Enjoyed the scenery as well as the deer & wild turkeys.

Thank you Carole! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay the Eagle's Nest. Please come back again - you are always welcome. Thank you for taking such good care of the cabin.
This was the just the vacation our family needed. The property was perfect for our family of 5. It had beautiful lake views and a hot tub that was a great extra. The cabin was very clean and comfortable!! Kelly and her husband were fantastic hosts with great communication. I would definitely stay here again!!
Well-appointed home with nice view of the Lake. Everything worked well except the hot tub (needs new pump impeller). Could use better lighting in bedrooms, but OK.

Dan,
Thanks for letting us know about the impeller. We made a call right away and it is getting fixed. As for the light in the bedroom, we saw that you set the bulbs out for us to change, but they actually worked. The chain on the fan light just needs to be pulled twice to turn on all four lights. I will add a note in the room to let future guests know about that. We also added an extra lamp on the nightstand. Thanks again.
We had a great time. We had smoke from the nearby fires and were afraid we wouldn’t be able to see much, but with a little rain, it cleared off. The area is beautiful. The homeowners were great. Very willing to help us have a good stay. The home was very nice and clean.
The accomodations were excellent. Everything about the place was as advertised/pictured. Kelly and Tad were very personnable and went out of their way to show us the kayaks and waterboards, and access to the lake.
We ran into them daily while on our walks and always asked there was anything we needed (which we did not). Great couple to rent from,
This place is gorgeous. The whole process was easy, the owners were hospitable. My family and I made so many beautiful memories. This vacation home was fully equipped, the owners were prompt with answering all my questions. The place was clean, and homey. The area is gorgeous. I recommend you book this place and enjoy this slice of heaven and create beautiful, long lasting memories with your loved ones. I will definitely be revisiting this heavenly place.

The Eagle’s Nest is awesome! The views of the lake were amazing and we bbq’d on the deck every night. We watched the sunset over the lake from the hot tub. We loved being able to watch the stars on the balcony and see the lights of downtown Coeur d’Alene at the same time. Our kids enjoyed playing horseshoes and corn hole, and we all enjoyed playing a family game of poker at the cool retro poker table. It was fun to watch the deer come and go in the yard. The cabin was very clean and the owners were attentive and welcoming.
Eagle’s Nest is a Perfect cabin getaway. Set amongst pine trees with a gorgeous view of the lake. Quiet. Serene. Relaxing. Had everything we needed for cooking and playing. Deer everywhere. Charming little store 10 minutes away with great snacks, supplies, ice cream and a grill that makes breakfast and sandwiches - and be sure to grab other groceries in CDA. The drive to town is beautiful and easy - about 30 mins. Hosts Kelly and her husband are a stones throw away for help if needed and are doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend!
Our stay at the Eagles Nest cabin was fantastic! The listing here as well as the pictures are very accurate.
I also want to add that Tad and Kelly are exceptional hosts, they’re super responsive and very easy to connect with.
My two favorite things here were the view - absolutely breathtaking - and then the hot tub was awesome. The cabin is very comfortable, there’s AC (which we didn’t really need) and a wood fireplace (which we didn’t use since we stayed in summer.) The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there are also board games and a poker table. There are TVs as well in the two bedrooms downstairs, but we didn’t really use them that much as we were enjoying our time sitting on the patio and watching the lake.
The location is excellent - Coeur d’Alene is about a 30 min drive if you need groceries etc. There’s also a cute little town called Harrison that has a small convenience store and delicious ice cream, also about a 30 min drive away.
This is a gorgeous place with spectacular views and exceptional hosts, 5 stars all around.
