This gorgeous home is located only 1 mile away from Downtown Fredericksburg's most popular shops, restaurants, Wineries, Museum of the Pacific War and everything else this amazing town has to offer!!

Whether you're looking to book a girls’ weekend, a family get together, or a couple’s getaway, Bungalow One-Ten can accommodate any need. You will enjoy all the beautiful details of this home from the upscale decor, spacious bedrooms and the large outdoor entertainment area with several places to choose from! Enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings after a long day by relaxing in the Hot Tub, by the Fire Pit or on one of the inviting patios!

As you make your way indoors you will find the open living room which consists of a beautiful stone fireplace (no fires allowed in the home), large futon/sleeper sofa, additional sitting area, large flatscreen Smart TV with Spectrum Cable/Streaming and plenty of space for games and entertainment! There are also games for guests to pay including Jenga, Trivia cards and a Puzzle!

The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal at the house including utensils, plates, cookware, spices, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Also enjoy morning coffee with an assortment of Keurig coffee pods, creamers and sugars.

The First bedroom consists of a Queen size bed and En-suite Full Bathroom.

The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, En-suite Full Bathroom and Smart TV for Spectrum Cable/Streaming.

The beautiful backyard is the perfect Entertainment area for families and friends to gather! After walking Downtown all day, have a relaxing evening in the Hot Tub with a glass of wine watching the stars.... Or kick back with a night cap around the Firepit. Don't want to go out for dinner? Grill up a nice meal under the covered Gas BBQ Grill area and have a family feast at the beautiful outdoor Cypress dining table while making memories for years to come!! There is also a Corn Hole set and Ladder Ball for guests to play too!!

Whether visiting Fredericksburg to enjoy Downtown shopping and dining as well as the Nimitz Museum, Museum of the Pacific War and downtown wineries or to venture out to Enchanted Rock, Wildseed Farms or a Winery Tour of all 290 wineries, this is the spot for you! We provide hair dryers, Travel size Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Soaps for all our guests as well as a starter amount of Coffee, creamer and sugar. All linens and towels are laundered and sanitized for each new guest! All-natural cleaning products from the Melaleuca line are used throughout the house to sanitize and clean without using harsh chemicals. Washer/Dryer also available for guests' use.

Parking notes: The private driveway allows for 2 cars plus there is additional street parking.
