Over 4500 square feet of spacious gathering rooms , beautifully appointed furniture and accessories with a Stunning Pool Oasis! Three Primary Bedrooms with private bath and Two Queen Suite bedrooms with Shared bath areas in addition to a Bunk Bed Room with huge TV. This is not just a Vacation Home , but hosts hope you feel as though it is your own home here in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy pristine views from the upstairs deck of the primary bedroom . Back yard is just steps from the sand with private beach access. Play all day on the beach and then splash the rest of the day away in the gorgeous pool . Comfortable yet luxurious, feel the magic of breathing in the ocean air and getting away from it all. This home is gated with room for 4 cars. All you need to do is bring your flip flops and a great book. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need. Towels , beach towels and linens all provided. Beach toys to share include Corn hole, Horseshoes, Bacci Ball and Games. Close to the Impressive Kennedy Space Center, Home Port for Disney , Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Shows and Art Festivals, World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and all sorts of water activities like Deep Sea Fishing , Boat Rentals and Kayaking. The Space Coast Beaches and near by Indian and Banana Rivers will leave you coming back again and again. We cant wait to welcome you and see you on the Sand. Everything you need is Here! This is an excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The house and property have wonderful spaces to relax by the beach or pool. And the living area and kitchen are perfect for a large group. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Our group would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at the Stina House! It is even better than the pictures! The views of the ocean are beautiful and it's an easy walk out to the shore. We loved that all main stuff is on the ground level so that my mother in law did not have to use any steps. The house has a large kitchen and a spacious living area. Everyone was very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the location of the home is perfect. We are thrilled to have found this gem and hope to return again in the future. I should also add that the hosts are fabulous. As a fellow STR host, I was impressed by their quick responses and wonderful hospitality.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this beach house with a large group and had an amazing experience! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great areas for gathering together. You can tell the property is well cared for — everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location was perfect for beach access and relaxing days by the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Stina House was nothing short of fantastic! We had wonderful communication with the owners, the house was stunning, clean, and very well stocked with any neccesity you may need. The house was in a perfect location for us, as we did day trips to the local fish markets, restaurants, and we also got to see a few launches from the beach! We can’t wait to come back to Cocoa Beach, and stay at Stina House again… she’s a beauty

Beautiful Home & Location

This property is beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. The hosts were wonderful, and the house had every amenity one could expect. Cocoa Beach is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. We even watched a couple of rocket launches from the beach!

Retirement Celebration

Stoma House proved to be the perfect location for our family group of 14 to spread out, enjoy time at the beach, and to cool of in the lovely pool area. Wonderful Beach Home with Pool

Second year we’ve stayed here and hope to come back next year. The home is spacious with six bedrooms and large dining room table and outside eating area for the whole family to eat together. Things to do for all ages including the pool table, foosball table, putting green, and of course the pool and the beach.
