This fully-furnished private home is a clean and cozy 2-Bedroom/2-Bathroom townhome with fully-stocked kitchen, dining, living area, and garaged parking spot.

About the home:
The entire home has been recently renovated, including laminate flooring in the main living area. The space receives a lot of natural light due to the many windows throughout the home. Master bedroom is particularly large and contains a California king bed with adjustable bedframe, as well as very large closets. All appliances are stainless steel consisting of a new refrigerator (built in water dispenser), new dishwasher, and gas-stove. The home also has built-in washer and dryer and Nest thermostat.

It is centrally located in North Park, a fun and trendy area filled with coffee shops, bars, breweries, and whiskey lounges. Also only a 15 minute Uber ride to the beach or downtown San Diego.

The restaurant scene is heavy on brunch spots, upscale pubs, taquerias and sushi spots, and nightlife often revolves around The Observatory for those interested in the music scene.

Awesome City/ Beach Experience

Absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city and beach. The place was clean and stylishly decorated. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. It felt like a home away from home. I can't wait to come back and stay here again on my next visit to San Diego.

Excellent stay

The property is in a great location for enjoying North park / Hillcrest by foot as well as the rest of San Diego and the surrounding areas by car. It is very well equipped for long stays. Particular bonus is the garage as finding parking on street in the area can be challenging. I stayed for about 2 and a half months while in San Diego for work and was very happy with my stay. The owner Michael was very responsive and happy to answer any questions / provide recommendations and went to every length to try to fix an issue with the dishwasher while I was in the apartment which was much appreciated. The neighbours in the area all seem great, no loud night time parties or loud disputes. Would definitely recommend a stay here whether long or short.
