Centrally-Located in the Treasure Valley; you will love this family-friendly townhome on the north-side of Nampa. Built in 2021, the neighborhood and townhome have that nice “new” feel to it. It is only 1 mile from the Ford Idaho Center and 18 miles from Downtown Boise.

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay! We had a wedding at a nearby venu and was a perfect place to stay at. It was very clean and comfortable for us after an exhausting couple of days. Easy to get to even with construction going on! If ever needing a place near Boise Nampa area we would use this property again.

Perfect place.

We stayed here for 3 and nights and it was perfect. The property manager was extremely kind especially when we could not get into the property because of our own fault. It was immaculate and so comfortable. We felt at home with games and extra blankets.

Great stay for convenient concert accomadstions!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! Very walkable/runable neighborhood. True to the listing and clean! Had a great time at the concert at the Ford center and were able to walk home faster than most people got out of the parking lot. Thank you for a beautiful place to spend the week.

Just right for our family meet-up

This Nampa home worked great for spending a few days with family meeting up from several states. The home is new, everything in good condition, and decorated in a warm and lovely way. The large kitchen worked very well for making meals. Washer and drier came in handy. And the location was great. Just 1.5 miles off the freeway, and close to WalMart and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

very clean and quite community, most of important is very safe area. only 3-5 mintues driving distance to WalmartSuperStore. very convenient location. strong wifi and strong heat. my favorite is the open kitchen living room. very good experience. Defintely will stay again if I visit this city in the future!

Best townhouse ever

Best place ever we been in many different one , but this one is amazing great neighborhood, nice townhouse, what we saw on the picture is more than that . Very quiet and comfortable feels like home away from home. Price was amazing. He took a little longer to answer but he accommodated us with one more night and o stay . Lucky us there was nobody infront of us to staying. And we were able to used the garage. Love it.❤️❤️

Very clean property

Stayed for 2 days. Upon arrival, the space was very clean and access into the home was simple. There was plenty of information about the space provided by the owner. All bedrooms are upstairs, which wasn’t a problem for any the people in our party. Cute and welcoming decor and touches throughout the property. Neighborhood was quiet and newly established.
