A newly renovated house nestled in the beautiful rocky mountains. Heart of Summit County, there are endless things for you to do--whether it be skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, & boating. Located just a few minutes away from multiple ski resorts, plenty of hiking trails, the Silverthorne Outlets, and Main Street in Frisco, you can end your outdoorsy day with some shopping and a meal at a locally-owned restaurant. (Hot tub not available)

You can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful views of Buffalo Mountain, which you can see from the living room. The backyard and deck both have chairlift benches, which are great for reading outside.

I truly love this home because it has spectacular views of the mountains. It is 10 minutes away from multiple ski resorts and amazing restaurants! You can also walk to an amazing hiking trailhead and Lake Dillon! You have skiing/snowboarding in the Winter and lake activities during the summer!
What makes this property unique
This home can sleep 8 people easily! We have a unique snowbard/ski fence and 2 chairlifts around the home you can lounge on and enjoy the views.
