Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or streaming a movie marathon on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table with an exquisite chandelier, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With nine beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. THINGS TO KNOW
The beach across Rt 1 from the home is private and not accessible to guests.
There is no cable. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
