About this property

NEW: Spacious 4-BR townhome with marina & bay views, pool and easy beach access.

New to VRBO in March 2025!

We are pleased to offer this spacious and updated townhome with beautiful marina and bay views inside a gated community in Bethany Beach! We love hosting beach rentals and have hosted a property in Outer Banks for the last 6 years with over 130 reviews and 4.9 stars. We are excited to share this property now closer to our current home in MD!

You will enter the home through the finished garage which is stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't need to worry about bringing those with you. There is also arcade style basketball and table tennis for entertainment.

After coming in through the garage the first floor also includes a finished recreation room with an large couch and TV perfect for hanging out or movie night. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level. You can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway, parking is not available inside the garage.

Going up to second level includes 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen size beds, both of which feature their own balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin size bunk beds. The bunk room and the south queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, while the north queen bedroom has it's own ensuite with a large bathtub. The second and third levels feature new LVP flooring. Both queen bedrooms have TV's where you can stream your favorite shows.

The top level has an open great room with dining table for 8, as well as 4 bar stools. This room features view of the marina and bay and has an additional deck with outdoor seating to soak in the sun. The kitchen is a fully stocked with a new electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, cups, dishes, etc. This floor also has an additional queen bedroom with attached bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway as well.

The community is quiet and private with a limited number of homes inside a gated community. There is a community pool and tennis court available to all guests.

One of the best features of the location is the convenient beach access at Delaware Seashore State Park which is roughly 0.75 miles away and accessed directly under the bridge without needing to cross Route 1, making it an easy walk, bike ride, or drive. The State Park has onsite bathrooms, restaurant and bar. Fees for the state park are $10 daily or an annual pass is available for only $70 for out of state residents.

Up to 2 dogs welcome with pet fee. Please be sure to check that you are traveling with pets when booking which will add the pet fee.

Very nice, clean property that's family-friendly, pet-friendly and great location. There are marina and Bay views from the various balconies. Suggestion, if you have and older family member, there's a master bedroom on the main living level. Resturants and shops nearby. It was a great stay!

This was a really lovely stay. The house has plenty of space. The kitchen and living room on the top floor overlook the marina, and are the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was very well equipped with every tool and appliance we would need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and 3 have their own bathroom. The causeway is just a short walk away, and the beach less than a mile. It's fun to watch the fisherman around the bridge pulling in their catches. Like everywhere in Rehoboth and Bethany Beach, people are very friendly. Rehoboth boardwalk is a short drive away as well.

Our family had stayed for a week this past summer. I cant say enough about what a beautiful property. Large enough to accommodate our family and guests. Clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and bay as well as Dewey, Rehoboth and Bethany. The pool was great when the beach was too windy. Host was prompt at getting back to us and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back.

What a great property! I did a split week with two different sides of my family. Teenager and grandparents first part, then my kids and grands for the second. Other than being a lot of steps, it was very well laid out. Great location away from the crowds, yet close enough to the beaches and small towns.

The house was nice and big. All bedrooms were nice and big. Plenty of parking. The pool was a nice change when beach was not. Only downside was you had to pay for parking at the beach. We knew this ahead of time so we were prepared. Otherwise what is listed on VRBO is accurate. The host Tim was great in response to any issues or questions we had! I would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a fantastic week here. We were looking for something a bit more peaceful than our usual trip to Rehoboth and boy did this place deliver. The spot on the sound is perfection, tucked away in a small gated community with a quiet marina and amazing sunsets. As someone who has struggled with cleanliness of rentals in the past, I was very impressed with this place. In addition to being clean and having super cute decor, everything in it felt new - from the furniture to the linens to the bathmats. It was also the perfect amount of space for my family of 4 two small pups. We loved having the ping pong table and pop a shot in the basement, as well as being so close to the community pool and tennis court. Can't recommend this place enough!

We most recently hosted a home in the Outer Banks for the last 6 years which had over 125 reviews and 4.9 stars so we love to provide a great experience. As the kids are getting older and more active with sports we recently traded our vacation spot to get closer to home to be able to use more often and are excited to continue to explore Bethany Beach and the surrounding areas.

Why they chose this property

We loved the quiet feel of the community and views from the many decks. With many of the beaches being hard to access in the area, we really liked the convenient beach access of the state park, as well as how there is less housing around the beach in this area so it feels very remote.
