The Post Coastal Cottage -The cottage is a completely renovated vintage beach cottage in Green Hill. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, central AC, enclosed outdoor shower, full kitchen, patio with sail shade & gas grill. Bedroom has new double bed. A double daybed in living room too. Cottage sits on 1 acre and is ideally situated just 2 miles from Green Hill & Charlestown Beach. And just minutes to Matunuck, East Matunuck, Moonstone & Blue Shutter beaches as well! Central AC, free Wifi. Washer/ Dryer. After the beach, enjoy all the local amenities; award winning restaurants, shops, parks, trails, and theatre & festivals.
Short term rental registration number: RE-01707-STR This is a no smoking, no pet property. The cottage is 550 sq. ft and we live in a quiet neighborhood. No events, gatherings or parties permitted. No candles, fire pits or open fires in or on premises. No boat, trailer, camper or RV parking allowed.

Central to 6 local beaches. East Matunuck, Matunuck, Charlestown, Blue Shutters, Moonstone and Green Hill Beach minutes away!! Private, but minutes to everything. Bring a bike and easily explore beaches, parks and all the area attractions. Pharmacy, hardware store, market, post office, restaurants, pizza, & coffee shop just 1/ 2 mile down the road.
