This lovely home is located on a dead end street,directly off of Ocean Road, making it perfect for families and comes completely furnished with everything you need, just bring your bathing suit. A large deck with a new outdoor shower and gas grill makes outdoor fun a snap. This home is located in a perfect location between Narragansett's finest beaches, less than a mile to the Block Island Ferry, and walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of parking and its perfect location makes this vacation home a bargain for your family's vacation! Please leave the windows shut and the umbrella on the deck down and tied and please make sure all of the trash is put in the trash bins located in the rear of the yard behind the white. vinyl door.

We loved our stay. The house was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. The sunroom space was perfect for bright breakfasts and extra space for the kids to play. The beds were very comfortable and the closet space in the bedroom was great for all our wedding clothes. Location was exactly what we needed- walking distance to breakfast and the Bon Vue, as well as the lighthouse and fisherman’s memorial.

We loved it! One of the nicest properties and neighborhoods we have ever stayed at. House was fully stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was located close to everything we wanted to visit. Bill was a pleasure to communicate with. He even let us know that the house was available several hours early for our arrival. Our Memorial Day weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their property as it is immaculate inside and out. Very nicely decorated with new furniture and appliances, and TV's in the 2 bedrooms and Living Room. We were given a detailed information packet prior to arriving. Very comfortable and we would hope to rent again in the future.

Point Judith Perfection!

My family stayed at this adorable oasis near the Point Judith light house for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Cleanliness, location, communication, and amenities were stellar! I’d love to come back and stay here again in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach and outdoor seating. We also fully enjoyed the wildlife and peaceful location!

The cottage is located in a great area. A short drive to some great places and you can walk to an area with restaurants. I stayed in early April and it was very quiet. I am sure in the summer it is even better.

The house was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Great spot!

This was our family's first visit to Point Judith and we are looking forward to coming back! The property is clean and nicely located on a quiet street. Bill helped us with any questions about the area from local fish mongers to apple picking! We enjoyed the 3 season room at night for dinner and games.

We are a family of four who love the ocean and everything it has to offer. Its either a day at the beach,lobsters and clam cakes at Aunt Carries or a short walk down Ocean road to the tip of Rhode Island and the Point Judith light house. When we are not at the beach we are playing Soccer and Basketball and enjoying the Rhode Island coastline.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it was located on a dead end street which was perfect for children. It has a very private back yard which you normally dont find at a beach home. There are two beaches in either direction from the home, and the Block Island Ferry is a two minute drive to get to. Ask my kids why this property, and they will tell you that they can walk to Aunt Carries and get clam cakes and chowder and home made ice cream.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of its perfect location, but still offering privacy and a safe street for kids and families. There are two beaches, great ocean front restaurants, the Block Island Ferry, the Point Judith lighthouse, and many other numerous fun Summer things to do.
