This townhouse is ideally suited to boaters and families vacationing in the 1000 Islands, also perfect for families coming to the thousand islands for weddings. Located next to downtown in front of the municipal dock. PRIME LOCATION STUNNING VIEW FROM ALL ROOMS.

You must bring your own Towels and Bed Sheets.

Townhouse has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, on the third floor - one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with 2 double bunk beds and with twins on top. Second floor - a large kitchen, living room and half bath. First floor dock level - Bedroom, TV room with table. Keep your boat steps away. Additional docks can be used at adjacent marina or municipal dock right in front.

We are located within walking distance of the village of Alex Bay and close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Off-season rates vary and are negotiable according to season and length of stay.

Very relaxing

When we arrived, opened the front door and looked through the space and saw the docks, we knew this was a nice location. Everything you need is within walking distance.Lots of nice shops, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was also fun just relaxing and watching the boat traffic.Great place and owner is very responsive.

Amazing Time in The Bay!

Claude is nothing short of a super host! His place is spectacular and it’s proximity to everything is perfect! His communication prior to our arrival and during was within minutes! Already planning our next stay!

Alexandria Bay Beauty!

Claude’s condo is wonderful. The views are amazing. The condo is furnished with everything you need, with some added touches that were great, such as insulated travel cups so you can take your coffee with you as you stroll over to the park and Casino Island to watch ship go by in front of Boldt Castle.

Great stay and location

Beautiful townhouse on quiet corner of the town. Great view of the river and neat to get to see the huge cargo ships pass by every few hours. Our kids enjoyed the playground only a about 100 meters away. Town has some decent restaurant options. Coffee pot cathy, and Local 301 were our favorites.

Place is unreal and couldn’t have been more convenient. Caught 5 or so fish off the lengthy and enjoyable dock as well! ****Please bring your own bed sheets as we were not informed of doing so until we were 2 hours into our trip.

Alex Bay - Downtown Docks

We had a wonderful long weekend. It was the perfect location - right on the water, and just a two block walk to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed sitting on the decks overlooking the docks and watching all the boats passing by. The house was clean and as advertised. Claude was super at communicating.

Perfect location

This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. It was very well equipped. The kitchen had Everything we needed when cooking in. The location couldn’t have been any better with having our boat in the front and being able to walk to town. The views from the house were amazing. Claude was exceptional for answering any questions I had. We will definitely rent again.

Gateway to the 1000 Islands!

Can't beat the location, 2 minute walk to town, 3 decks worth of views over the water and down Millionaire's Row. Dock your boat right out front. The host was very responsive and very much enjoyed the stay. Bring your own sheets and towels...and soap! Seems silly that they don't have a soap/shampoo dispenser in the showers, that would be my only suggestion.

It has it all…..

Have stayed here many times over the years. It is beautiful inside and out. Wonderful interior, clean, lots of room, beautiful decorated. The views of the bay from the living quarters are serene and calm. You can sit outside and watch the coming and goings at the marina. We LOVED our stay as always.

Loved this lake home for a few days with family. Enjoyed the amazing view!

All the conveniences of home, kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the dock level living space for games and movies. A short walk to town for shopping and dining. Hope to stay again!

Family Vacation

The Location had all the Amenities of Home and so much more, waterfront property, boat dock, walking distance to town. The property is spotless, multi level, places to relax and even Deck Patio for outside. Our Family and friends all agreed best trip yet to the 1000 Islands

Beautiful condo in Alex Bay!

This condo was everything we could have asked for. It was beautifully furnished and had all the necessities plus more. The location was ideal. It was very close to town and yet so quiet. We enjoyed sitting on one of the three decks with our coffee or wine and watching the boat traffic. Lovely stay!!

Awesome stay

This was a perfect place for our family visit. The view was spectacular. Many activities within walking distance, we were able to fish off the dock. Board games were available for all of us to play evenings. We would definitely go back!

Great facilities in a location central to the 1000s Islands

The facilities are excellent with a constant parade of boats passing under the balcony with a freighter or two passing just a short distance away. Easy walk to downtown and several decent restaurants. Our experience suggests you shouldn't expect much from the property manager, however.

Perfect in every way!

We had such an amazing stay! This house is right on the water and even though we don’t have a boat the kids could swim right off the dock! The shops and restaurants are so close! We walked there every night! There is a park a minute away that has gorgeous views of the sunset and Boldt castle! There were 8 of us that stayed here! Claude was so accommodating! We highly recommend!!
