Nicely updated 1 bedroom/1 bath on Greer Bay, North LBK. The largest beach on the island is just a short walk and the bay is just out the sliding glass doors. Perfect space for a couple but does have a queen sleeper sofa if needed. Dock is a wonderful space to fish, relax, drink your morning coffee, or watch the sunset.

It is an ideal location to explore the beach and local areas. We really enjoyed the dock and lagoon too.

Unit is in a great location, North end of Longboat Key, on a lagoon that opens into the bay. Unit was clean, refurbished, and had everything we needed. Plenty of good restaurants close by. We really enjoyed

Vacation

Great place, clean, quiet, comfortable, short walk to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was provided, they also had kayaks to use in the little bay right outside the back door. We will be looking to book this next year for our annual Florida vacation.

Great location

My husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. The backyard was very peaceful and the inlet attracted several species of birds. My husband caught 4 fish, which made him very happy. The property is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to 3 different restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here.
