Beautiful Lake View Property
The location was perfect for a family summer vacation with kids and grandkids. We rented boats on the lake, went fishing, hiking, visited Silverwood Theme Park, golfed at the Idaho Club, shopped in Sandpoint and enjoyed the local restaurants. Very spacious house with room to spread out. Would highly recommend this property. It is on a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The course is spectacular! We saw deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and lots of birds.

This house blew us away!
I knew the house was beautiful from the photos, but had no idea how gorgeous, spacious, modern, clean and perfect it would really be. We had so much space for our two families of five plus grandma to sleep, hang out, cook, play. It was a great private neighborhood to walk with lots of hills. If this house is one in your option list I wouldn’t hesitate for a second choosing it for your trip!

Wonderful, quiet hillside retreat with beautiful view
We found this property outstanding. The house is beautiful, very well-appointed and has a very attractive view of Lake Pend Oreille. We used this as our home base while we made day trips to the northern Selkirks for hiking and to Sandpoint for shopping. It was so nice to come back to at the end of the day for peaceful respite. We cannot recommend this property enough and feel fortunate to have been able to call it home for several nights.

The house was spectacular. Good size of bedrooms. Great views. We could not figure out the speakers on the deck. Also we found the bbq had not been maintained and the grease cup overflowed on us.

Charlenne - Happy to see you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the kind words about the house. I apologize the BBQ tray was overlooked but will be sure to address that for all future stays. As for the house speakers, they are not operational due to Idaho Club HOA noise ordinance requirements.

Luxurious Living with Views
The home was absolutely lovely, the kitchen well set up for dining and entertaining and the views were spectacular. The hottub was well kept, and that was very much appreciated too. Communication with Kathryn was easy and warm. Only issue was that the outdoor fireplace did not work and it would have been nice for that to be communicated to us in advance. We had planned to have a NYE fondue party on the porch so we packed all the supplies for this just to be thwarted, not to mention the outdoor fireplace itself was a big selling point when we booked 8 months ago. No discount offered. However, if that were working I would not hesitate to say this is a 10 out of 10!
