Was a good location for the trip. Short drive to Oxford. Everything was good except the last minute of the game. Was much roomier than it looked on line. Big kitchen and dining area.

This property was the best I have ever stayed before. The host was exceptionally wonderful and helpful at communication. The house was clean and very well maintained, simple yet modern and bright decor, 2 beautiful porches, quiet safe area and just absolutely perfect! What a WONDERFUL FIND!!!! The Owners were SUPER NICE to work with! The property is conveniently located on the Main Street through town. The property has: covered parking, neat little back porch overlooking the back yard, beautiful hardwood floors, very nice furnishing, decorated nicely, and comfortable beds. We have a new “home away from home” for our Water Valley trips!!!! We are so excited to find this home! Can’t wait for our next visit to this wonderful little Mississippi Home!
