****Welcome to our 3bd/2ba semi-detached home in a centrally-located area! ***Great outdoor dining area & firepit where you can kick back and relax. A quick 10 min to Old Town Arvada, Berkeley, The Highlands, Sloan’s Lake, Downton Denver & Red Rocks. Quick access to Mountain Hiking & Ski Resorts.

***Home was built in 1961. It’s an older charming semi-detached home in great condition with original, refinished hardwood floors. Home does not feature a dishwasher. If something is broken or soiled, please let us know, don’t wait for cleaning crew to discover. Thank you!

****We are super excited to share our space with you and we have recently updated the landscaping with new grass and currently working on improving the landscape in the front and backyard. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Should we need to work on it during your stay we will notify you ahead of time and work around your schedule before starting work on the yard.
