Everything about this home was exactly as described and advertised! The space was beautiful and fresh! Very welcoming and easy care for our dog on site. Lovely views with large windows and accommodating backyard with seating and beautiful foliage. The host was awesome and we had zero problems or issues. House rules are clear and simple for easy checkout. We will likely be rebooking in the future! All smiles, no complaints! Thank you so much!

The quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with beautiful tree-lined streets captured our hearts. Its proximity to Historic Olde Town Arvada, along with the wonderful shops and dining options, is an added bonus. Additionally, the location offers easy access to major highways, making it convenient for reaching the city, ski resorts, and the Rocky Mountains.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful corner lot is centrally located to many popular Colorado destinations. The property is a single-family home on one level with no stairs, making it easily accessible for all.
