Lost & Found: Items left behind can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.

Extended Stays: Bookings over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after confirmation.

Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.

Comfortable home away from home

This was a comfortable home away from home, very roomy, dog friendly was a high priority for us with a nice backyard. The massage chair was a surprise bonus in the master bedroom. On our next visit to Las Vegas, we intend to stay here again.

It’s a little far away from the Vegas Strip, but for us it was right where we wanted to be, close to the Vegas motor speedway Also garage access was what we needed, many properties do not allow garage access as it is typically for owner use only Great stay, thank you

Best ever!

Stayed 7 days to attend our son’s wedding with adult kids and grandchildren of various ages from teens to 7 month old. Home is beautiful, well kept and accommodated 14 of us. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and in a location close to everything we needed. We loved the “dormitory “ that sleeps 8 in double bunk beds. That was popular with the young cousins. Beds were comfortable, pantry was stocked well with pots, pans and dinner plates to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner. Communication with host was excellent and responses to questions were answered swiftly. Could not have found a nicer place to stay with family. Thank you for your the use of your lovely and very comfortable home.

Guys weekend at SEMA product show

Upon arrival one restroom had quarter roll of TP. Reached out to contact several times and were told someone would be by to restock, which never happened. Always should have at least one to two rolls of TP per bathroom. Otherwise yes would stay again.

Great location! Plenty of Room. Just missing a couple of items.

Wonderful stay - quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again in the fam if available. Just a few minor annoyances. Great location for my needs in N Las. Vegas. First off - no blender. First shirt term rental I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade without one. When contacting management they just replied with ‘we’re sorry’. Secondary - minimal cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish soap, etc in the kitchen. Finally, the floor didn’t seem to have been mopped in a while. And the house air filters were very dirty - not sure when they were last replaced. Hot water went out twice while I was there. Management was quick to respond the first time and had a plumber out the next day to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater. Pilot light went out again and infixed it again.
