Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Northwest Las Vegas, this comfortable single-level home sleeps up to 6 registered guests and offers the perfect combination of relaxation, privacy and convenience.

Spend your days exploring everything Las Vegas has to offer, then return home for a swim in your private pool, stretch out on one of the pool loungers, fire up the BBQ, or simply relax in your fully fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard.

The Las Vegas Strip is approximately 20 minutes away, depending on traffic, and Harry Reid International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

THE HOME

This fully air-conditioned, single-level home has no stairs and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Primary bedroom with King bed
• Second bedroom with Queen bed
• Third bedroom/den with single daybed and pull-out trundle

TVs are provided in the living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom, and the home includes Wi-Fi throughout.

Travelling with little ones? A high chair and Pack ’n Play-style crib are also available.

There’s nothing quite like having your own pool in Las Vegas!

The private, fully fenced backyard provides a relaxing space to enjoy the Nevada sunshine during the day and unwind under the landscape lighting in the evening.

You’ll have:

• Fully fenced yard

Optional pool heating is available for $40 per day or $240 per week. If selected, pool heating must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

Skip the restaurant when you feel like staying in.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, snacks or a full dinner, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, air fryer, cookware, dishes and most kitchen appliances / essentials.

A private washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

LEVEL 2 EV CHARGING & GARAGE

Bringing an electric vehicle?

Guests have access to a J1772 Level 2 EV charger located at the home, making overnight charging easy and convenient.

Garage parking is preferred for guest vehicles.

GREAT LOCATION

Enjoy the quieter surroundings of a residential neighborhood while remaining conveniently connected to Las Vegas attractions.

A Smith’s grocery store is nearby, along with restaurants and pubs. A local casino is within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy an evening out close to home.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Las Vegas, although rideshare and bus transportation are also available.

• Harry Reid International Airport — 30 minutes, depending on traffic

PET FRIENDLY WITH APPROVAL

We understand that sometimes your four-legged family member needs to come along too.

Pets may be accepted with prior approval. Please contact us before booking with a pet so we can confirm approval and any applicable requirements or fees.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

We want our guests to have a wonderful stay while respecting our home and our residential neighbors.

The maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests.

Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted at the home or anywhere on the property. Visitors and other unregistered guests are not permitted.

No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.

YOUR LAS VEGAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME

You’ll have private use of the home, garage, backyard and swimming pool throughout your stay.

We’re available if you need assistance, while otherwise giving you the privacy to enjoy the property as your own.
