About this property

Great location

Large unit with storage. Ground level, closest unit to large heated pool, steps from assigned parking spot, complex is on the water. Must go through office approval - takes 7 days to process application. Gas and charcoal grills onsite, shuffle board, fountains, two pools - heated pool is the large one right outside the front door. The unit has 800 feet inside and a 10 x 15 foot patio - this area is not "air conditioned" space - but very pleasant with cool weather. Instant booking not available due to the required condominium rental rules. One assigned parking spot and ability to purchase an on street pass for 25$ from City of St Pete Beach. Beach is about a 7 minute walk with a dedicated cross walk for safe walking. Place has so much within walking distance.

Love this beach for the last 32 years of living in the area. The best way to enjoy it is to be able to walk to everything - this is why we chose this unit. Non waterfront unit but the ability to see the sunrise from the dock and then the sunset from the beach - right across the street.

Why they chose this property

Above says a bunch but.........storage and feeling like you have ample space is a good reason for this place. The kitchen is clean with new appliances, good pans, nice cutlery. Bed has been used for 3 "seasons" with the same renters each year (3 month - they bought a place in the complex because they love it). The residents during the winter months are mainly owners that come for winter, very few rentals as you must own for two years prior to making the unit a rental (discourages investors).. No weekly / nightly rentals so not a noisy place with lots of transitional people. The unit is at the beginning of a corridor so you will hear people walking past to get to the beach or the pool if the door or windows are open.

What makes this property unique

Over 1000 feet total - large for a beach one bedroom. The owners live upstairs so no party people - you can hear the water running when they use bathroom area - nothing unusual for a condo. If you like walks to the beach, being close to the pool, live music every night at the beach this is the spot for you.
