Located on third floor with private deck & entry, our tree house. Middle Bass Condos have private beach (rock & some sand). Lake Erie view private wrap around deck with woods & Marina view. Perfect island getaway. Full kitchen Jacuzzi shower. Lakefront deck access also in master bedroom. DirecTv, Roku, new weber grill. Enjoy the sunrise from lakefront deck and sunset at the private entry. Whole house water softener. Bldg has elevator.

Why they chose this property

This property is considered the best unit in the building. Top floor with higher ceilings, private end of the building away from other units with private entrance to wrap around deck with plenty outdoor seating. (Updated pictures will be added this Spring 2023). Newer Weber grill, commercial outdoor food/beverage cooler. Free high speed wifi.

What makes this property unique

Commercial outdoor cooler for food/beverages. Middle Bass State Park is next to condos. Contact them online to reserve a dock, full service docks. If you are a yacht club member, contact Middle Bass Yacht club for reciprocal docking. Property has bike racks, large green space at parking lot & beach area. Large enough for your cornhole & volleyball games. The kitchen is fully furnished. You won't need a thing except your food etc. Ice tea maker, crockpot, various casserole dishes, mixer, blender, etc.. Or enjoy our island restaurants for fantastic food. Pickle Ball Court/Basketball half court at Middle Bass Townhall so bring your equipment!
