Views aside, the large living room is a stylish, cheerful gathering space with lots of tropical hints. A new high-definition TV and wireless Internet mean you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home. Yet, attractive though the window treatments are, it’s doubtful you’ll ever draw them closed. From sunrise each day, your living room and its connecting balcony showcase a perfect ocean view.

On the 4th floor, you look out at magic sunrises and gorgeous blues all day. The boardwalk, to the balcony’s lower right, beckons constantly, yet the beach and nearby surf seem at your fingertips when enjoyed your new favorite perch - your balcony.

Spanning the entire condo’s width, a massive 20-some foot in length, this is the suite’s best feature. Settle in - you’ll easily get used to life lived outside. Full-length sun beds and a dining table allow you to make the best use of the space around the clock.

If you ever need to beat the heat, slide shut the balcony doors and opt for air-conditioning. The view can be equally enjoyed from the glass-topped dining table, with room enough for 6. Slightly further back, the kitchen opens to the rest of the living space separated by a granite-topped bar counter. Younger guests will tuck in tightly in their bedroom, the suite’s third, with cheery, aquamarine walls and tropical bedspreads. Well-matched headboards, a shared bedside table and dresser complete the room. The TV and DVD player here continue the owner’s emphasis on unequaled comfort.
