Lovely condo! Spacious and clean, thoughtful amenities. It was quiet during our stay, not busy at all. Walking the neighborhood and the beach was great. Saw St Augustine lit up for Christmas and Ostein’s shrimp is the very best.

This is one of the cleanest, spacious,most luxurious beach condos that weve ever booked on VRBO. Phil was always readily available. We had a terrific stay and wont hesitate to come back.

Great location to ocean and pool! Spacious and exceeded our expectations. Highlight was huge balcony where we ate dinner and breakfast daily. Great breeze and hardly spent anytime indoors. Gorgeous Place

This place is beautiful, it is quite and even though it might be hot the breeze on the balcony is always cool and enjoyable. The pools are really nice where you can get drinks and food. The host Phil is the best host we have had renting VRBO's. I give our stay 20 out of 10!!!!
