Wonderful House - Great Quiet Neighborhood

The house is brand new, so there a few kinks to work out (needs an outdoor kitchen), but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Location was close to downtown Naples and many fine restaurants and attractions. Great neighborhood to walk in. With 300+ days on sunshine a year, Naples is the place to be in the winter. We enjoyed the pool and spa, too. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great Naples Rental

Our family had a great experience. The house is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible with screened-in pool, hot tub, and seating area. Sonos speakers both inside and out were a nice feature - we always have music on. Communication with both the owner and the property manager was above and beyond. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Amazing property

We just stayed at this brand-new home and loved every second of it! The house has everything you may need. The owner has been great, staying in touch all the time and making sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The property manager has also been amazing and very responsive. The community has great amenities including pools, gym, tennis and pickleball courts. Everything is new and well- taken care of. I would totally recommend this property and would stay here again!

Top-Notch!

Lucian and his wife were top-notch hosts with a top-notch home. We use VRBO multiple times a year around the country and this house may have been one of our top favorites. This property was definitely a home away from home, from the comfort, decor and suitability for our family of four. Our teens spent their days and nights enjoying the colorful, heated pool and jacuzzi. The house was very, well stocked, up kept, high-end and clean. Lucian kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy and well accommodated. Our family feels like we made a new friend with Lucian and hope to stay at his property again in the near future!
