Super modern New Rocky Point condo/apartment downtown. Close to everything.
Only 5 minutes from the beach.

The apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, bed linen, towels.
up to 6 guest. We have 2 units available right next to each other. you can rent both units na have up to 12 guest total.

2 smart TV's, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with city views.
The location is perfect, is close to everything!

Cute condos, exactly what we needed. We had a little hiccup getting the email but Ivan communicated well and we got everything worked out.

Nightmare

Do not waste your money, time, or risk your mental peace. Ivan is hostile, intimidating, and impatient; additionally, the property is not as listed. Stay somewhere that Ivan or his people are not hosts.
