Why they chose this property

I sold this condo unit to the owners - where we discovered we were both from our hometowns in Peoria, Illinois. Enjoying travel and commitment to quality and building a career and investment in real estate brought us together. This property is one of a kind and the location is perfect and close to everything. Its the quiet little get away in a gated community but still has many amenities for either relaxation or activities.

What makes this property unique

The private beach is steps from this condo. Both pools on site are beautiful, one being waterfront along the private beach where you can relax in a spa tub, pool or at one of the deck tables. Being close to grocery stores and drugstores to stock up on items for a 30 day plus stay is a plus!
