Hello! I'm Ricardo Picón, I've lived in New York City for most of my life. I'm a professional photographer, traveler, food lover, and hospitality passionate. I work alongside my wife Clarisa Penzini who is a seasoned Chef; we owned and operated for almost 10 years one of the most famous sandwich shops in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, called "The Sandwich Shop". Currently, we have a catering company.

Creating a great environment, bringing people together, and sharing our love for food and design have brought us to be part of this wonderful Vrbo community. Our unique, comfortable, modern, and lovely house which we have decorated with handpicked items from all over the world now is available for you to have a warm and intimate time in NYC.

I've always lived in Brooklyn; I love the sense of community, neighborhood, and solidarity, our local mom-and-pop shops, parks, gardens, bodegas, barber shops, and, ultimately, our sense of family and friends.

Bushwick is a thriving cultural mecca; most top up-and-coming artists have their studios here; the newest culinary proposals, the music scene, the night venues, and bars are the cutting edge of New York's visiting lists.
