Our stay was wonderful. Miriam was great to work with but the most wonderful thing about the property was the location! To wake up and see the sunrise and hear the ocean waves was the best! It literally is steps to the beach!

Our host was top-notch. She sent an A/C technician to the home after hours and even mailed us a few shirts we mistakenly left behind. She went above and beyond!

The property was the excellent! It was so clean and so nice! The location was excellent, quite pretty much private beach. We woke up every morning to turtle tracks in the sand, it was amazing! The pool was a bit deceiving from the photo, I could have not read it properly but the pool is only a dip pool, or small children could enjoy it. It is not big enough to actually swim in, just info for a new guest. Everything else was amazing, coffee ready to have when you got there, kitchen fully stocked. It was great!!

Great property

Location is excellent for low-key beach enjoyment. House hits all The buttons and offers lots of room. Grocery 1.5miles, but if you need to get around town, skip it and stay at beach. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful beach

Our stay was wonderful and the beach was beautiful. The beach area is about as private of a beach as I’ve ever seen during spring break season. I’ve also never had a better experience with a VRBO house’s WiFi and TV. (And we had 2 teenagers.)

Beautiful property great stay!

Rented the home for my wife’s bday. We took the family (6 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, beautifully decorated with a great pool and the perfect beach access. Our property manager Miriam was exceptional! Very responsive and accommodating. We many to come back every year!

Such a nice area.

Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week.

Beautiful home with a 5 star location!

The home was lovely! Very well stocked kitchen for anybody that enjoys cooking. Mariam was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. . The bedrooms were all very nice! BUT THE MASTER BEDROOM with the ocean view was my favorite Hangout. The master bathroom was just as lovely.. Great choice !!!!! 5 star from me!

A piece of Paradise.

We stayed a week this time. It was our first time at this property so we were taking a chance; but, as they say, "nothing risked, nothing gained". We found what will be our "go to" property in Melbourne Beach.I just can't say enough good things about this property and how relaxed our visit was!I would like to rent this for an entire month next year!BTW, the photos are up to date. And, for Tesla owners, there is a real Tesla Home Charger! This is a Great Property!

Don't let this one get away!

This was our 2nd year with this beautiful home. After filling out this review, I will be booking next year as well! This home has everything. Very clean, the location is fantastic! Master bedroom view is amazing. If you want the Ocean, you are steps away! Perfect! The beach is beautiful. Great room to play games, watch movies, large table to have great dinners. Contact with the Host/Owner was 5 Star! One small issue came up. I called, she called with in 15min. at the most. Great communication with this Host. Repair workmen were out in two hours. Job complete!

Very clean and beautiful home situated right on the beach. You can hear the ocean from the main suite at night. Amenities are great and host is easy to communicate with. No issues whatsoever and kitchen is stocked well if you plan on cooking. We have stayed at many VRBO and this is one of the top ones.

The property is gorgeous and right on the ocean. The sunrises were spectacular. The pool was a big hit for our group. The property host has lots of beach equipment, extras like toiletries and hair dryers and coffee/napkins, etc. for guests to use. We had a few issues and she was quick to respond to my texts. I would recommend this property to others.
