About this property

Beautiful - Pool 3b/3ba/den fully furnished house. Built in 2020 in Gran Paradiso community. Beautiful grounds. One bedroom was turned into a TV room with dual powered recliners, comfortable enough to nap. I will include a fairly new queen size auto blow-up bed. Full laundry room. Custom caged heated pool/spa which overlooks a pond. This neighborhood is quiet, considerate and kind which is easily walkable.
I pay for cable, internet, pool maintenance, gardener, trash, pest control. Venice is a cute, quiet city. Further amenities in this community is a full gym, steam room and sauna, huge community pool/spa. Further amenities are massage, facial and classes for a fee. The community has many activities each month.
This house is a sure gem.
