Welcome to this lovely pool house in Venice. This adorable property features a HEATED pool, 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers (1 tub). With heating, AC, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. Washer and dryer included. Toaster, Keurig and Drip coffee maker, beach umbrella, towels and chairs. Gas outdoor grill. Lovely beaches within minutes by car. Enjoy all that Venice has to offer when you stay at our place. Pets must be disclosed at booking, the fee is required before check-in, and unauthorized pets may result in cancellation or removal from the stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the shower or bathtub.
Please remember to run the dishwasher.
Please gather all trash and place in receptacles. Blue is for recycling. There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If any of the house rules is violated, the damage deposit of $750 will be claimed as a violation of the terms of the booking.
No parties are allowed. Damage in the property or the pool is subject to damage deposit claim.
No smoking. No glass in pool area.
