Creek front, brand new (2022), cozy, mountain cabin, located in the Great Smokey Mountains, Franklin, NC. "Water's Edge" borders wide, rushing, Wayah Creek. The house is surrounded by majestic mountains, and a wide, rushing creek. The two queens beds accommodate four comfortably; a sleeper sofa is in the den. The creek is stocked with rainbow trout. The inside is a mixture of modern and rustic architecture, in a peaceful, relaxing setting. We have a brand, new, one bedroom treehouse beside Water's Edge if you're interested. We are about 54 minutes from The Nantahala Outdoor Center and 35 minutes from Western Carolina University.

I am a registered nurse, who has homeschooled all of my children for 20 years. My husband Brian is a General Contactor- "Brian Horner Custom Homes".

Our property is located very close to town, on a flat road, so access to the property is easy with no four wheel drive needed. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and a large creek borders our property.

Surrounded by mountains, creek stocked with rainbow trout, close to town, wifi, hot tub, private, flat road and driveway, large, lit parking area, cool temps in the summer.
