Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, gulf view balcony, and high-end cotton linens.

Beyond the beach, Gulf Village also offers excellent Little Lagoon access. Guests can enjoy a private fishing pier and scenic boardwalk just a short walk away through a separate gated entrance. Great location. Property manager easy to work with. Only complaint is the washer and dryer are aged and very small. Had to do multiple loads due to the size of the machines. Wish the pool was heated. They were working in the property while we were there but the workers were respectful of the tenants which was appreciated.

Overall the condo was nice. We had a constant problem with the toilet in the master bedroom clogging. The light over the entrance is burnt out. Also the walkway outside is very dark. outout.

Nice for short people

Nice, but was listed as having a queen size bed but wasn't. Husband is 6'4 and sleeping on a full size bed is not comfortable. AC didnt work very well. Ceiling fan in living room is a hazard for anyone over 6 feet tall.
