Waterfront Vacation Home with Gulf view- Boaters Paradise

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home on a deep saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico! Whether you are sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset over the gulf, or fishing from the floating dock, this beautiful spot will be sure to enchant you! Bring your fishing poles, kayaks and boat and enjoy the beautiful waterfront. Kayak directly from our floating dock, and watch the dolphins play & fish in the Gulf! Fish from our dock or take a boat out to the gulf for some of the best world class fishing. Bring your boat, and launch it from the public boat ramp just around the corner. You can also rent a boat at the Skeleton Key Marina, just across the canal. If you don't have a kayak, Easypeasy mobile kayak rentals will deliver kayaks directly to the house! And don't forget your dogs! We are dog friendly and allow them to join you on your vacation! (Please note we do have a flat fee for dogs, to cover the additional cleaning costs, and there is a two dog limit.) Explore the area while you are here, as we are just 10 minutes from SunWest Park where you enjoy a beach, swim, waterski, etc.... Take a day trip to the fantastic beaches on Honeymoon Island, just 27 miles away. Ride your bike to Werner Boyce Salt Springs State Park, just minutes down the road. And don't forget to enjoy the amazing Hudson Ice Cream parlor, just a short walk down the road.

This house was comfortable, clean well organized with everything we needed. We loved the location and proximity to restaurants (excellent ones). We've stayed in many home rentals and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home with everything needed to enjoy a wonderful stay! House was very clean and up to date on everything! We went out on a charter, Florida Fish Invaders who picked us up from the dock out side the back yard!!! I highly recommend Captain Billy if you choose to stay here which I believe is an absolute must!!! We saw tons of wildlife and beautiful sunsets while being close to everything you could need/want! Thank you!!!

Just the best Gulf location

No better place to stay on the Gulf in Florida. Loved watching all the boats go by on the canal system. Our 29' boat fit perfectly at the dock. Marina, ramp, and bait shop all very close by. Easy access to the Hudson channel. Fishing was great offshore. Hope to come back!

Boaters Dream

We loved the fact that we could keep our boat tied to the floating dock and we were in the Gulf in a matter of minutes! We also loved the local restaurants and ice cream shop!!

We were right on the water and that worked perfect with our boat. Enjoyed the scalloping, fishing, and relaxation. We'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great location

We loved our stay at Pelican’s Landing. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking out over the water every morning and evening. The house was clean and comfortable. definitely somewhere our family would stay again.

Amazing location!

Our family stayed for the 4th of July week. We brought our 29 ft boat and were able to dock at the house with no problem. The house is in a perfect location to the boat ramp and channel! The sunsets from the dining room table and balcony were gorgeous! The house had everything we needed and felt like “home”! We would definitely stay again!

Great week!

Very cute home. Had everything we needed and lots of personal touches to be able to be more comfortable. Loved having coffee and walking the neighborhood. Ducks were quite enjoyable.

Great View!

The view of the Gulf is great. Clean and well located. Kitchen was supplied with quality cookware and utensils. Beds are a little thin but comfortable. Stairs can be a challenge to some but it was good exercise.

We had a puppy with us and they had gifts waiting for him at check in. Everything was very clean and they had every kitchen utensil to household item you could possibly need. Very accommodating. Great views and neighborhood. Family and pet friendly.

Loved It!

I don’t want to oversell it because it could get booked when I want it! Great location and clean property. We had six people and two dogs, two of those being my college age sons. We had a great time and Debra was super responsive and helpful when we needed her. I think the property is being sold so I hope the new owners keep it on VRBO! Getting the boat in and out was very easy and marina is 50 yards away for fuel and bait. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome!

We stayed here over the holidays. The host was very accommodating, adding on a night for us, and allowing us to get in an hour or two early to get a golf cart delivery. She was also in communication throughout the stay when we had any questions, which was great. There are many positives about this property. It is close to most things, being able to walk or bike or golf cart to Sam’s on the beach, Ollies, pizzeria, Roscoes, Greek, restaurant, ice cream, get hooked, fisherman‘s shack, and bait shop.The community is golf cart friendly, and we would recommend Geoff at SunWest golf carts. The house in itself requires two flights of stairs, which was fine, but a lot when you are bringing things up. The whole living area is upstairs. It is cozy. The owners have done an amazing job with the room that they have. Lots of little touches that were appreciated like a treat, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper, these things that we needed right away, and eventually replaced. The view is nice, and the dark is fun. I liked the locking system, and not having to worry about keys. Everything was in good shape and condition, and the place was spotless. The host even emailed me to tell me there was a Christmas tree. A very nice touch. Some things to consider that are not necessarily negatives. There is only one TV in the main room, and I did not notice this until we arrived that there are no TVs in the bedrooms. You also need to have Netflix or prime video as there is no cable.
