The house was clean and worked well for our large group. The backyard needs some attention. The picnic tables are in poor shape and not really usable.

Convenient!

Satisfied with my stay at the Crescent estate, the place was very accommodating for three families and was super close to all the fun things around the Springs! Definitely would recommend .

First impression was the property was larger than expected. We had only 10 people with The listing says will hold 20 which I believe.

Family vacation - 16 members

Our family of 16 had a wonderful stay. The home is clean and has lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and has a huge refrigerator. Parking was convenient and the location is great!The backyard table was not very usable, but everything else was comfortable. The upstairs carpet , front yard and backyard need some upkeep.

Colorado chic

The place was large and very accommodating to a large family. There could have been more dishes, utensils and dining room chairs to seat the number of people the house could hold. The location was ideal. The communication with the VRBO was very good. We had some issues with homeless wandering into the backyard. Overall the house worked for our large family.

Nice stay but a few problems

This home was beautiful & very clean. We had a bit of trouble checking in but it was resolved shortly after we arrived. We experienced some problems through out the house but, we understand that it's an old house. We enjoyed our stay but we will find another place next time we visit.

Prior to booking, the host was very responsive and helpful. However, communication noticeably declined after check-in. While the photos were somewhat misleading, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hot water worked consistently, which was a plus.Unfortunately, the adjoining door to the second floor was inaccessible, which caused a significant inconvenience for my guests and me. Additionally, the furniture throughout the property was very old and outdated.There were also maintenance issues that impacted our stay: the bathroom and kitchen sinks were clogged, and the kitchen stove was not functioning properly. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and had two separate chefs, both of whom confirmed that the stove was inadequate and not working as expected. This affected our planned celebration.
