Charming Westside Bungalow
We renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern. This Charming Bungalow located near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is close to just about everything you’d want to do. Browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space. We loaded the Bungalow with all the bells & whistles, sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free.
Entering the home you will first notice the original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.
The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).
The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and a back door that leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players and closets with extra linens. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).
Take a short drive to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak Summit with great views, Cave of the Winds, the Incline and lots more!
Nearest Commercial Airports: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 and the Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249.

We highly recommend this beautiful home!! The Mountain View is so beautiful!! Walking distance to the historic area for shopping an many restaurants!! House was perfect for our family of 6, very beautiful and comfortable! Many amenities available! We will definitely be returning next year! Host was easy to contact and would respond immediately!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR SPRING BREAK VACATION 2026!!
Eli & Sandra were excellent with communication. The house is exactly as listed and was the perfect landing spot for all of our activities. It met and exceeded our expectations.
This home is so cute and cozy. Everything in the home is thoughful and well appointed. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy all the house has to offer.
Great communication from the owner to get everything situated for our stay. It was a great location and a super cute place with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful view and great weather.
We arrived early from our flight and although it took some time to communicate with the host at first they we very accommodating with our request to check in early. The house is so clean and cozy we had a great stay! A must book place
This house is very well appointed with great bathroom and kitchen space. The location is great - super close to Old Colorado Springs downtown area with great shopping and restaurants. We walked it daily. Also very close to Maintou Springs and various trails. It's right across the street from Starbucks and Safeway- score! Our dogs loved the front, fully fenced in yard. It is also decorated super cute!
We were in town for the Spartan Race. This property was easy to find, walking distance from several businesses, and has a great view of the mountains while enjoying morning coffee! The home was clean and looks like the pictures. Check in was easy and the host responded to emails right away! Very happy with our stay!
The owners were so accommodating leading up to our trip and during it. The home is so cute and quaint and CLEAN. We were 10 minutes away from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and awesome restaurants. The beds were very comfy, which is hard to find in rentals! Can’t recommend this place enough.
This house is fantastic! The views were amazing, and there was everything you could need from shampoo and conditioner to q-tips and paper towels. Great vacation property!
This is a great place overall. Plenty of room for our family of four plus a pet. Check in was super easy, property manager easily accessible and quick to respond to any issues. A fairly close drive to most attractions in Co Springs and we'd stay here again if our travels brought us this way again.

We are a blended family of 4 with 2 kids now getting ready for college. We love hiking, thrill seeking, traveling, all sports (especially tennis), trying new restaurants, camping, dog parks, movies, concerts, etc. We've been in the Springs since 94' and earlier so we have a lot of favorite spots and recommendations. My wife, Jen, speaks fluent Spanish & some Italian in case that’s of help. I only speak English.
I have been flipping homes, custom renovations, building new and providing real estate brokerage services for about 15 years now. We have quite a few short & long term rental residential & commercial buildings in town with a great crew that keeps everything running smooth. LOCATION: This home has an awesome location due to it's proximity to so many of the large attractions Colorado Springs offers; Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, The North Pole, Bear Creek dog park, Broadmoor Hotel, Red Rock Park and the list goes on and on...
HOME IS STOCKED! We think you'll agree that we went above and beyond trying to think of everything our guests would need to make their stay comfortable, much of which you won't find at another place; not to mention no expense spared in decorating. Ha!
OUR STAFF: Since we have a full time maintenance, office and cleaning staff already in place managing our long term rentals, we also have the unique ability to assist you quickly with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable; as well as any emergencies repairs that may come up time to time.
WE WELCOME YOUR FURRY FRIENDS: Lastly, Colorado is a big dog & pet friendly state and we have 2 dogs ourselves that we are often limited in our accommodation choices; SO, we have decided to be pet friendly ourselves. We will call this unique! :)
