About this property
Stunning beachfront villa with pool, lush gardens, staff, and top activities!
Welcome to Villa Wilali, a calm beachfront home in Pemuteran, North Bali — a place to slow down, breathe, and settle into the rhythm of the sea.
Villa Wilali offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or small groups. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space opens directly onto a large covered terrace, where days naturally flow between indoor comfort and ocean air.
Set within a rare 3,500 sqm tropical garden, the grounds feel open and unrushed, with generous space between the villa, pool, and outdoor areas. A large swimming pool with sun loungers, gentle fish ponds, and several shaded gazebos offers quiet places to read, rest, or simply sit with the changing light.
Daily housekeeping and garden care are provided discreetly, allowing you to feel at home while enjoying complete ease. An in-house cook is available on request, with meals prepared from the villa menu and served at a time that suits you. Direksen, our long-time villa manager, is nearby should you need any assistance during your stay.
Villa Wilali is located around a four-hour drive from Denpasar Airport. Many guests choose to turn the journey into a scenic day trip through central and northern Bali, with optional stops along the way. Airport transfers can also be arranged if preferred.
Life in Pemuteran moves gently. Days often unfold simply — beginning with sunrise over the sea, swimming in the pool or ocean, enjoying a massage in the gazebo, or lingering over long meals as the afternoon light softens.
For those who feel like exploring, the surrounding area offers a variety of relaxed experiences, all easily enjoyed at your own pace.
Nearby options include:
- Snorkeling and diving at Menjangan Island
- Swimming and snorkeling along the local reef
- Dolphin watching in Lovina
- Banjar hot springs
- Easy coastal walks and nearby temple visits
If you’d like some ideas for planning your time, we’re happy to share a simple four-day sample itinerary — entirely optional and designed as a gentle guide rather than a schedule.
Everything can be arranged as little or as much as you wish — there’s no need to fit it all in.

Beautiful House - the real Bali
About the host
Hosted by Cisca Sibbald
Cisca and Nick live in Sydney, Australia, and have long considered Bali their second home. Their connection to the island began in 2001, but it was the quiet coastal village of Pemuteran that stayed with them.
Drawn to the calm pace of life, the natural beauty of the north coast, and the reefs around Menjangan Island, they chose Pemuteran as the place to build a home by the sea. Completed in 2009, Villa Wilali reflects their appreciation for space, simplicity, and a slower way of living.
They look forward to welcoming guests who value time together, nature, and the feeling of truly settling in.

Why they chose this property
Pemuteran is a quiet coastal village on Bali’s northwest coast, known for its relaxed pace of life and close connection to nature. The area is shaped by the sea, the surrounding hills, and a strong local community, offering a much calmer alternative to the busier parts of the island.
The black sand beach stretches gently along the shoreline, and the waters are clear and calm for much of the year. Nearby Menjangan Island is well known for snorkeling and diving, with healthy reefs and rich marine life just a short boat ride away.
Pemuteran suits guests who enjoy simplicity, nature, and a slower rhythm — a place where days are guided more by light and tide than by schedules.
