We rented this place for an intimate wedding in the mountains. The place was very nice and comfortable with amazing views. The owner was easy to work with, answered lots of questions leading up to our stay, and was helpful during the stay with anything we needed. We hated to leave it.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home up on a mountain at 9400 feet. Views are absolutely stunning. Loved the configuration of 3 bedrooms which each have their own bathroom. Property owners were easy to communicate with and attentive to any questions we had. The 2.5 miles leading up to the house is unpaved, but not a problem in early October, especially with an SUV. Our stay was incredible. Highly recommend this home!

Outstanding views.

The views were to die for even on rainy days. Our German daughter, husband and baby and their friends from California joined my husband and I for a week at this beautiful home up in the mountains. It was a perfect place to share meals, play cards/games and hang out. Enough room to all have our own space.

We had the most beautiful little wedding here with a handful of our favorite people! The owners of the property are so sweet and accommodating. The views are amazing. Amazing rental property! We invited our immediate family to join my *now* husband, our two pups and I for an intimate wedding here. Weekend Getaway

A wonderful location for a weekend /week getaway. The perfect “off the grid” feel without being completely off the grid. Tremendous views. Definitely recommend AWD vehicle to get to the property due to driving up a mountain on dirt road but once you’re there you’ll never want to leave. We will be back!

Set atop a mountain, this cabin boasts 360 views of the nearby Rocky mountains and offers a tranquil setting with modern amenities. Set among a grove of aspen, enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or a glass of wine and s'mores next to the fire pit. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or dine out at one of the many restaurants in Idaho Springs. Hike, mountain bike, or sled out the front door, and enjoy the night sky from the spacious open deck. Completely off-grid, this cabin is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family.

There are many log cabins. There are many homes in Idaho Springs. There are many homes with views. But there is only one Adrift Colorado Idaho Springs with all of the aforementioned on 8 acres atop a mountain with the north side (the backyard covered in trees and the south side (the front yard) covered in open field perfect for elk. Spending an afternoon at 9,500 ft on 8 private Rocky Mountain acres perched at this rustic but modern cabin is a one-of-a-kind experience.
