Great spot

Family of 6, great space had kids in the bunkbeds. Truly is ski in and ski out thru corridor trail. Great location beautiful place would highly recommend

Brand new, convenient condo near the gondola

Very nice, new building with plenty of room for 4-6 people. Very close to Winter Park base. Short ski run down catwalk from the building to the gondola, but requires walking up 86 stairs to get there. One parking spot in secure parking garage, with limited number of guest spaces available. Very kind, communicative owner. Recommend if you want a new, clean place where you can ski-in, ski-out if you don't mind the steps and only need 1 or 2 parking spaces.
