Disliked: Amenities, communication

Booked and got confirmation for stay but never heard from the owner Re access and exact address and therefore was unable to stay but had to wait until 4pm on the arrival date to find out he wasn’t going to get back to me. As a result needed to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. What a shocker!
