When you first enter the condo you are welcomed by 2 chandeliers, a large stacked stone wall, large marble walls, stylish décor and bamboo flooring throughout. Even in the middle of the city this unit is QUIET! Concrete construction - meaning cement floors, ceilings & walls = no sound from neighboring units!

Sophisticated Master Bedroom has an aspen trees wall, a new king size bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer, cowskin rug, a polished porcelain wall with mounted 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels, 60" electric fireplace, charging station, large walk-in closet, large dresser, underbed storage & bathroom with double sinks, vanity mirror and a walk-in shower. Plenty of white cotton towels & washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

2nd Bedroom has a new queen bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer. A wall mounted 40" Smart TV with all apps & cable channels. Large closet. Artwork from local photographer David Soldano, & charging station.

Hip Living Room has a large L shaped plush couch with a pullout queen bed. A large backlit midcentury entertainment center with a 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels. Wood burning fireplace - logs are provided.

Modern Dining room has seating for 4-6 with large chandelier and bar.

There is a dedicated work space with super fast WIFI, charging station & city views.

Stay was a 10/10. Description was 100% accurate. Great location to 16th St Mall, Union Station, Coors Field, and plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked-we didn’t cook due to plenty of restaurants close by. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Cyndi was great at getting all the check-in and parking information needed. Such a comfy condo in the middle of lower downtown! There’s lots of shopping and outstanding restaurants nearby, making for a perfect weekend getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

Great location if you are visiting downtown Denver. The apartment was very well stocked, especially the kitchen which has all of the spices you need if you are staying in and cooking.

The property was extremely clean which made for an incredibly comfortable stay in Cynthia's condo! We had every amenity needed from a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV's, extra towels in the bathroom and tissue boxes and trash cans in the bedrooms. The property was beautifully decorated, well lit and had very comfortable beds. Every morning we enJOYed sipping our coffee in the gray velvet swivel chairs and taking in the stellar city view. The location was super accessible. We were just blocks from Coors Stadium and Union Station. We took the opportunity to walk to shopping and dinning during our stay. Would highly recommend Urban Egg for brunch and Water Grill for an upscale dinner experience:) Not only was it accessible, it was SAFE. You must key card into the building and when utlizing the elevators. There is a front desk with delightful staff to assist with needs 24/7. FREE parking with a designated spot in the secure garage was key when staying in the city! I would highly recommend Cythia's property and definitely stay at this location again the next time I visit Denver:)

This was the best Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The condo was absolutely perfect. Anything you could need was already there for you. Fans, Coffee, phone charging stations etc etc. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. It was truly a home away from home. We were given detailed check in instructions and the LOCATION was incredible !
