Even in the middle of the city this unit is QUIET! Concrete construction - meaning cement floors, ceilings & walls = no sound from neighboring units!

Sophisticated Master Bedroom has an aspen trees wall, a new king size bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer, cowskin rug, a polished porcelain wall with mounted 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels, 60" electric fireplace, charging station, large walk-in closet, large dresser, underbed storage & bathroom with double sinks, vanity mirror and a walk-in shower. Plenty of white cotton towels & washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

2nd Bedroom has a new queen bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer. A wall mounted 40" Smart TV with all apps & cable channels. Large closet. Artwork from local photographer David Soldano, & charging station.

Hip Living Room has a large L shaped plush couch with a pullout queen bed. A large backlit midcentury entertainment center with a 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels. Wood burning fireplace - logs are provided.

Loved this place and will likely stay again. Property owner was so responsive. Unit was well stocked with everything needed. So much with walking distance you don’t really need a car. And just a couple of blocks from Union station with easy 10 train ride to airport.

Such a comfy condo in the middle of lower downtown! There’s lots of shopping and outstanding restaurants nearby, making for a perfect weekend getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

This was the best Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The condo was absolutely perfect. Anything you could need was already there for you. Fans, Coffee, phone charging stations etc etc. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. It was truly a home away from home. We were given detailed check in instructions and the LOCATION was incredible ! We walked every where. Cyndi was a great host ! We will definitely be booking this condo again !!!

Convenient for all LoDo

Great location if you are visiting downtown Denver. The apartment was very well stocked, especially the kitchen which has all of the spices you need if you are staying in and cooking.

We had such a great time. Cindy was very hospitable and friendly. The Condo was clean and felt like home. The front desk staff were extremely nice and very welcoming.
