LAYOUT: - 3 story, 4 level townhouse - 2 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 sofa bed) - 2.5 bathrooms. - No access to the lower level. - 2 bedrooms have a dedicated workplace (desk and chair) and there is a 3rd workspace in the hallway with a desk and chair.
All bedrooms are separate from living spaces and equipped with: - Smart TVs - Alexa Dots - Chargers & adapters.
*MAIN LEVEL: - A fully equipped European style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. -A dining room that can accommodate large groups/families. -The living room features a see-through fireplace and comfortable seating area with a TV. -A small deck/balcony and a powder room complete this level. -We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.
*UPPER LEVEL: -Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in close. Includes dedicated workspace (desk and chair). -Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and a dedicated workspace (desk/chair). -A hall bath with a bath/shower combo and a washer/dryer closet with an iron and ironing board are also available on this level. -Dedicated workspace in hallway (desk/chair) -A balcony
*ROOFTOP DECK: -The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a hot tub, a wet bar, a grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating. -A large cantilevered umbrella and a fire pit complete this outdoor oasis that offers stunning views of the city.

ACCESS/TENANT: There is a tenant is the studio unit on the lower level and there is no access to the lower level, yard, or garage. Your stay is completely private.
NEIGHBORHOOD: The RiNo neighborhood is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day center where people receive services such as receiving mail, finding jobs and housing. You will see homeless people, but it shouldn't impact your stay.
SECURITY/AUTOMATION - Multiple Alexa devices. - A Wyze video doorbell that captures footage of the street view. Records 24/7 - A noise sensor located in the living room that measures decibel levels. - A smart lock installed on the front door.

Awesome stay at this location. Clean rooms, great layout, and the hot tub was a very welcome and relaxing feature. Our hosts were very communicative and the stay was all the more pleasant and enjoyable because of that. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The property owners were very quick to respond to any needs or questions. Would definitely stay again.
It's a great property. Nice layout and amenities. Plenty of dishware, utensils, grill, hot tub, even has a high chair and stroller, for those that need it.
House is in a great spot that is easily walkable to a number of restaurants, breweries, and even the ballpark.
This property made everything easy for a weekend visit to Denver. Crystal clear instructions and everything in perfect working order. Clean, comfortable and easy. Would stay again.
Probably the most comfortable place I've ever stayed, everything was provided, including phone chargers in every room. Everything was labeled, no expense was spared in decorating, it was really impressive.
This unit has it all - great stay, attentive owners
This is a great condo. The owners have thoughtfully supplied almost everything you could possibly need and it’s topped off w a beautiful rooftop deck. The unit had a minor mechanical issue while I was there and the owners could not have been more responsive and interested in resolving the issue quickly and fairly. Thanks guys! One thing to be aware of is that this unit is in a developing area of downtown, with all the uniqueness that comes with that.

Our neighborhood, Curtis Park, is centrally located and walkable to most parts of the city like the trendy RiNo Arts District, Downtown, Coors Field and the Convention Center. There are many art galleries, restaurants, bars and music venues. We love the murals and street art that make this neighborhood one of the most vibrant in Denver.
