Relax and enjoy the laid-back nature of the Florida Keys in this spacious, clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the oceanside. It comes completely equipped for the enjoyment and comfort of up to seven guests on a deep canal with direct ocean access.
The kitchen boasts an array of serving dishes, silverware, dinnerware, plenty of counterspace and storage, as well as stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining room which seats up to ten people. Adjacent to the dining room are two living areas: one featuring a large HDTV with a sofa and two recliners, and the other an underwater mural with additional seating. A card table in one corner can be used for playing games, additional dining or for working/playing on your computer.
The newly renovated master bedroom has a king size bed, and features colorful, semi-abstract paintings by a local artist. It has a walk-in closet and separate vanity/sink area, and an extra long shower. A second bedroom has a bunk bed: double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The third updated bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a tub in the whimsical second bathroom.
To fully enjoy Florida Keys living, spending time outdoors is a must. Downstairs you will find two living areas. Relax in one of the two lounge chairs or eat/play a game at the table adjacent. Turn the corner and you can cook/fry your catch on the barbecue or fryer. The stainless steel table and deep sink will make your food preparation easy and convenient.
Once ready for water fun, you can cast off the 40' dock en route to the sand bar, deep sea fishing hole, or the bayside through Tavernier Creek. Once back, you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off or the fish cleaning station to prepare your catch for dinner.
Harry Harris Park is just around the corner, featuring a sheltered beach, swimming area with shower, barbecue area, sports facilities, and boat ramp. Local shopping and excellent dining can be enjoyed nearby. The Post Office, Mariner's Hospital, movie theater and supermarket are just four minutes away. By land or by sea, this location is ideal and just one hour away from Miami!
