Great space for a big family

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was truly a 1 minute walk to the beach access.

We loved how close the property was to the beach and how spacious it was on the inside. The beach was not crowded and so quiet also. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home for large groups!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This property has everything you could want for a vacation rental. Short, easy walk to the beach. Nice outdoor area with seating and corn hole. Kitchen was well stocked with tools. Amazing layout for large groups. We had a fantastic trip and will definitely stay at this home again.

Great experience! Highly recommend

We had 10 plus an infant staying. The house was very comfy and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the balconies and outdoor sitting area. We used them a lot. Very short barefoot walk to the beach. Quiet area. No traffic noise. This was a great place to stay.

Great beach vacation

This was one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented. It was well-stocked, recently updated, and better yet right across the street from the beach (super uncrowded by the way)! So easy to pop back and forth. The house was perfect for our whole family. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with every item we needed, the beds were also extremely comfy, which is hard to find in a rental! We also were surprised to have some beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Great place!

The house is super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The only suggestion is the parking lot is a little dark. It could use some kind of lighting. The public beach access across the street is nice and not crowded.

Our Family Vacay!!!!

This house was perfect for our little family vacation! Plenty of space for all of us! Very clean and everything we needed for a fun weekend all together! We will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend!

Family friendly fun!!!

Very clean, newly renovated home! Plenty of sleeping space and close enough to the beach to walk over anytime you get ready. Close enough to enjoy all the activities at Pier Park. Also comfy enough to spend the day resting and chilling inside if desired. We enjoyed our stay!!

Why they chose this property

This is our second home that we frequent often. We absolutely love it being on the quiet end ( West end is the best end). We love being a quick 2 min stroll to the beach. And having quick access to everything PCB and 30A! Best of both worlds i'd say! Our beach access #77 is the quietest. Even in the middle of summer our beach may only have like 8 other families on it! Everyone gets direct water access, Can't beat it!

What makes this property unique

The Convenience to the beach, dining , shopping, and local adventures were a big factor in selecting our beach house! We fell in love with the open floor plan as we host friends and family often. The house has an ocean view at the third level loft area and has a great outdoor living area for gathering. We immediately purchased this home and renovated it to make it beautiful! Everyone will love the area of Panama City Beach in Laguna!
