Available Week 51 Christmas week only.All appliances and furnishings new as of August 2024. Christmas still available for 2025. 15% discount if 6 nights rented on or before October 21, 2025.

Great Stay At Charter Club

Property Manager was very responsive to questions prior to visiting. Check in process was easy after hours. Charter Club has the best location overlooking the bay and pool area. Entire Property was clean. Rooms were very clean, (could use a little updating) Location is convenient to walk or bike to both 3rd and 5th avenues. Bike sign out was convenient as well as pool towels and shower towel exchange. The only thing I would say is they need more and new beach chairs. All the staff was terrific, helpful and great making suggestions. Thank you Jorge.

Thanks Todd. The unit is scheduled for a total refurbishment this spring. I will pass on the comment about pool furniture to management. I do not know if that is part of the refurbishment. Ken
