Guests have enjoyed their time with out a vehicle, stating that Cottage C is in easy walking, biking and golf cart distance to 9 square blocks of dining, the Arts, one of a kind boutiques and adventures.

This Historic Coquina Cottage Estate features five independent rentals on the property: The Main House, The Upstairs Retreat, and Cottages A, B, and C.

Main House #3984466. The largest rental with king and queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Full kitchen, extra large living room with desk for work or games. Deck and brick patio sit among the manicured greens.

The Upstairs Retreat #3947948. Sits above the Main House with it's own entrance, living space and outside sitting area. It has two king bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen with four bar stools around a marble peninsula. Laundry makes this a comfortable space long term.

Cottage A #3980277 Is an efficiency parallel to Gordon Drive. It has a queen bedroom with an open walkway to the kitchen and sitting area. The efficiency is great for short visits as it has no laundry, stove or dishwasher. The porch is small and can be hot for part of the day.

Cottage B #3980383 Cottage B Is adjacent to Cottage A, sharing a roofline but not the inside or outside living space. Enter Cottage B from it's brick patio, covered porch, french doors into a front parlor and eat in kitchen space. There is a door between the kitchen and the king bedroom, closet, bathroom and utility room with laundry.

Cottage C #3980651 Cottage C is a stand alone studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, kitchen with a glass table for work and meals. There is a utility room with storage and laundry. There was a brick patio with 4 Adirondack Chairs and an umbrella.

Cottage C is one of five quaint rental opportunities on a magnificently rebuilt Old Naples Coquina Cottage Estate c.1920's. Located two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South have to offer.

Cottage C is a charming stand-alone cottage with a queen-sized bed with side tables and a dresser. There is a comfortable sitting area, with a love seat that pulls out to be a small twin mattress - it is reported to be not very comfortable, but we try to over pad it. There is a reading chair in the corner where you can reach the wooden shutters to let sun in or build privacy. In the center of the room and closest to the kitchen is a round table with a glass top and fun palm tree looking base. This works nicely for work and meals.

The bathroom has been remolded in 2024, after Hurricane Ian to include white marble floors and a glassed in shower. The single vanity has space below for personal things and there is a linen closet in the corner.

The brick patio sits out front of Cottage C holding an outdoor seating with Adirondack Chairs, ceramic garden tables, and a sun umbrella.

Parking on the property for one car. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, grocery bags, insulated bag and igloo like ice packs are provided. We try to keep weather umbrellas stocked. Just let me know if you can't put your hands on them.
