The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive. We especially enjoyed the pool, the peaceful patio, and the great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Home, pool and hot tub were clean and the right temperature. They also provide beach chairs, cooler, etc. to use if you need. We were in town to visit friends so spent the majority of time at their place but we did use the pool for an afternoon or two and my wife and I relaxed in the sauna one night. We loved the place.

Excellent Stay!

I would recommend this property. All beds were comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub if want to take a day off from going to the beach. 20 min to the beach and about 5 min to downtown Dunedin where you will find quaint eclectic shops, restaurants, winery, breweries and ice cream shops. I would choose this place again!

Property was pet friendly and had plenty of room for our doggie to run around some. Hot water was adequate for the six of us and water softener was very much appreciated. Back yard had one tree losing a lot of needles, which made the area a little messy around the hot tub, but overall very nice. Would certainly stay here again, host was very responsive.

Great Area

The house was as shown in pictures, very modern and clean. The pool was large and looked out on a lovely natural setting with no one behind. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Especially loved the drive down the coast along 699. Shopping was fantastic in downtown Dunedin and at the Sponge Docks. We also enjoyed three Blue Jays games at the TD Ballpark which was just a short drive away.

The exterior of the property was not well maintained. The home was clean. Torn lanai screen. The pool was very clean and heated. The host was very responsive. We would have appreciated beach towels and more adult pool floats.

I do want to clarify that there were 10 beach towels available in the hallway closet, along with additional items mentioned, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t clearly communicated or easy to locate during your visit. We also appreciate you pointing out the exterior maintenance concerns, including the lanai screen. We found one door panel ripped and this has been noted and is being fixed. Beautiful house!

From the beginning working with Aleksandra was a joy! She was responsive, accommodating and very helpful. The house from the outside just looks like a typical Florida ranch, but the inside was beautifully updated and roomy. The kitchen and pool were beautiful. The location was nice as well because it was close to Clearwater beach, honeymoon island, Tampa and the little town of Dunedin was a must visit! We loved it so much we actually extended our stay one more day! I highly recommend and can’t wait to book again!
