Large 1300 sf apartment that's great for small groups looking to experience the Bradenton and Sarasota area! This apartment is the only upstairs unit and comes with 2 separate outdoor balconies! The large sectional is great for watching your favorite shows and relaxing after a day of exploring. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom!

This is an upstairs unit with about 20 steps to climb to access. The apartment is equipped with 2 large bedrooms, 2 private baths (1 tub) a separate office space with a twin bed, 2 outdoor balconies, large kitchen and washer and dryer! Everything you need to enjoy a short or long term stay.

The entire apartment is private, however all outdoor spaces are shared which include the front and back yard.

We love socializing with our guests but that interaction is totally up to you! If you'd like some local recommendations definitely reach out! You may see us on site any time doing yard work and tending to the garden :) if we see you - we will be sure to say hi!

I always recommend renting a car, however it is perfectly doable to do uber to the beach and airport for your stay

This home is a multi unit with 4 other units attached to the main structure. This unit is the only upstairs unit and you do not have anyone directly below you. There are 2 outdoor balconies for your enjoyment that look over the front and back yard.

Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

The front door has its own locking mechanism once closed - please do not try to traditionally lock that front door otherwise you will inhibit the locking mechanism, defeating the purpose.

Please note there is a pet fee of $100 PER PET - upon the completion of your booking I will request the additional funds for any additional pets

Large and comfortable

A friend and I traveled with our teens for a speech and debate tournament in Sarasota. This apartment was quiet, large and comfortable. It is located upstairs but was cool with the A/C and ceiling fans. We would stay there again in the future.
