You will love the convenience and style of this lovely, updated, 2-level townhome in a gated community with two en-suite master bedrooms that rest on a small body of water in Bradenton, Florida.....there are amenities too! Play tennis, swim in the heated community pool, enjoy walking the grounds and soak up the sunshine....it's your vacation and all waiting for you!



This townhome sits in a great and convenient location with everything you need just around the corner! Only 10 minutes away are many restaurants, Walmart, Publix Grocery, AMC 20, 10 minutes to I-75, and only a little over a mile to John H. Marble Park with many amenities as well. Golf courses are just minutes away too!

Only 20 minutes away is downtown Sarasota with first-class rated theaters, waterfront dining, Mote Marine, #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, and much much more. Love sports....enjoy a Tampa Lightning game....it's only 50 minutes away, Tampa Bay Rays indoor baseball stadium is a short and beautiful 40-minute drive, or stay local and check out Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, home of the Baltimore spring training only 20 minutes away.



We offer a 2-level end-unit townhome with assigned parking, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Reserve today and enjoy a lovely fully stocked open kitchen with newer appliances, granite counters, side by side refrigerator with front door access, a glass stovetop & oven with a built-in microwave, and plenty of dishware to whip up your favorite seafood dish for the whole family anytime you like. There is a dining table for 4 right off the kitchen with tile flooring for easy clean-ups. Half bath for your convenience close by.



Off the dining area, there is a closet with a full-sized Samsung washer/dryer for your use. From the open dining area is a spacious living room with marble flooring, a comfortable corner sofa allowing plenty of space for everyone to watch your favorite show together on the 55" wall-mounted flat-screen TV, with cable and WiFi throughout. Sliding doors open up to the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking out onto the small lake. Plenty of sunshine to start your day off right!



Walk upstairs (wood laminate flooring) to TWO master queen suites. The suite to the right of the stairs has a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, remote ceiling fan, 2 large closets, laminate flooring, and large windows covered with plantation shutters which you can open up to let the Florida sunshine in and close at night so you can sleep in as long as you like....after all, it's your vacation! This suite has an en-suite bathroom with Corian natural stone counter and a bath/shower combination for your preference. Bedroom suite #2 also has a queen bed, large single closet, a ceiling fan, laminate flooring, a large window with plantation shutters, and an en-suite bath, also with a natural Corian counter and a tub/shower combination.



We do like to make guests aware that although walking is possible, the clubhouse pool is located in another area of the complex and most guests drive there from the unit. (1-2 minute drive max)

Bradenton condo

Condo was like brand new inside! Very comfortable beds and all the equipment needed to stay. Location was good, close to supermarket, about 15-20 mins from beach/restaurants. I would caution that the beach chairs are 2 rusted out old chairs and the cooler is just a styrofoam cooler so you'll probably want to bring your own beach supplies.

Our family had a great stay here. The unit had everything that we needed and was clean. The heated pool was awesome and the access to tennis and pickleball courts were fantastic. The townhouse was clean and fully set up to accommodate us. The property manager was easily reached. We had a toilet in one of the bathrooms stop flushing, and they sent someone out same day and replaced it. No issues at all!

Nice clean townhome

The property was good for 2 to 4 adults with both master bedrooms upstairs. I was a little disappointed that you had to drive to the pool, but the pool was heated and not crowded. A couple safety suggestions, put a warning tape on the very first step coming down the stairs and replace the rug in the living area with the turned up edges is a trip hazard. Possibly lubricate the lock on the patio door, it is hard to open. While the beach is not far, it takes a while to drive there. Overall, a good stay.

Make Sure the Pool is Open Before You Book

I wish I would have been informed that the pool was closed for repair. I would have never gone if I had known. When I booked in September there was no mention of it. Driving to the beach each day and sitting in traffic for over an hour and hope you find parking when you get there is not my ideal of a vacation.

Perfect for our stay in Florida!

We enjoyed our stay in your townhome! It was comfortable, clean, quiet and safe! We appreciated the open floor plan so that when someone is in the kitchen they still are able to converse with others in the dining and living room areas. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have our own full bathrooms, plus the half bath downstairs. Everything was very clean and it is always nice to have laundry (and provided detergent pods) right in the unit. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and read or have a quiet chat and/or meal, while overlooking the pond and watching the bird activity. The pool, which is a drive to the adjacent community, is lovely and refreshing, with warm water, ample amount of lounge chairs, outdoor shower and restrooms. We never experienced a large crowd there, and we usually went twice a day. We could float around with the provided pool noodles and lounge and dry off with provided beach towels. Sabal Key is a gated community and quiet and this townhome is an end unit so we never heard our neighbor! We felt safe and the location provides easy access to routes to take you to the beach, shopping, museums, etc. The kitchen has all the basic needs covered, including blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this VRBO offering! One precaution, but not a deterrent, the stairs have a short tread and you just need to pay attention on trips up and down. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Don't book with this company!

Our experience in Bradenton was probably one of the worst we have had. When we walked in, the refrigerator had leaked water all over the floor. The reason we gave it two stars was that Debbie, the property manager always responded to my call or text, and I did call her a number of times. Refrigerator had to be fixed twice. The dishwasher needed a repairman twice, and finally the last week we were there, it was replaced. All these service calls and repairs and delivery caused us to change plans and wait for service. I did notify Debbie that there was dog poop everywhere in the complex. Not too many people picked up. We were expecting my sister to visit us during our stay and she loves sitting by the pool. It was closed the entire time we were there. We were on vacation for the month, and when we arrived, there were only 4 plates, and silverware. Debbie did buy us some more dishes when I told her we were washing everything by hand because of the broken dishwasher. We will never book with this company again.

So the area in general is underwhelming and I felt that the unit seemed small as far as the general living room area is concerned. The stairs are steep and if your not careful you can catch your ankle area on the way down. This happened both to me and my 15 yr old son. The pool and recreation area were too far really to walk but that was not the impression I got from vrbo. The downstairs tv was not a smart tv and an older model at that. The Sony delivered a clear picture but could not get Netflix or Amazon prime any longer as the tv is outdated. The kitchen was ok as was the laundry area. And the machines worked well. Also the dishwasher delivered great service. I guess what I objected to most was a message at the end of the stay which no doubt went to everyone renting. It seemed to state that knives forks and whatever would be counted and we would be accountable for anything not there. This is for most people obvious and needed not be said. In general it seemed that the owners were constantly trying to save a buck. I would not stay there again

Condo in paradise

Renting was easy online , but was very confusing because I found the property on vrbo but then I was sent to itrip . I didn’t know I was dealing with both and also paying both . The added fees really make the displayed rate is deceptive . Condo was just as advertised and worked great for our purpose . It was clean and well stocked , had minor issues with fans in the bedrooms not being able to switch to low or medium speed and the remotes for them don’t work . Plus exhaust fan in one bathroom didn’t work but all in all was a nice place . Tips for improvement add one more set of towels per bathroom . Add a tv for the bedroom .

Sabal Harbour Stay

This townhome was clean but it would have been nice if they had stocked more cleaning supplies. There was a swiffer, but no swiffer cloths. The furniture was comfortable. Especially important was that one bed was on the soft side (which was fine for our son), and one was firmer, but still plush. We are used to a king bed, but we both slept good every night. on this queen bed. I rated this property a 4 as there were only 4 bath towels for 3 people staying a week, and only 3 decent size coffee cups so they had to be hand washed every day.
